I have purchased the memebership after a webinar on 19th and still do not have access to the membership as it notes level one. I asked numerous times to rectify issue but I have not heard back. I was advised yesterday that I will receive an email but to date I have not heard. The credit card payment has gone out. Can you either allow the membership access or just refund it. The level of support is very disappointing.

Hi @Jae Cho11  Sorry to hear you are facing this. I kindly ask that you check the email address you used. In some cases, during purchases there could be a mistype in your email during check out and that makes our system detect that incorrect email as a new user and creates a new account. If that is the case, Please fill in this form to merge12 the accounts to your preferred email address. Hope this helps.
