Hi, I am on week 5 of Wildfit with about 37lbs still to release. I have just signed up for the 10x quest and am wondering if I should delay the start date until I have completed the Wildfit program?

@Anita 14 In the WildFit introduction call Vishen hosted with Eric Edmeades last week, he actually said that if your aim is to reduce weight (Which I guess it is for you), then do WildFit first and change your relationship with food and then take the remaining 3 months to complete 10X.

That would be more beneficial. If you think you can wait another 2 months to start 10X, I would suggest you do so. 10X is more about building muscle mass and carving the body.
